2010 Booth Application

The Earth Day Steering Committee presents the 12th annual Earth Day Celebration for our community. The event takes place Saturday, April 24, 2010 at EWEB’s River Edge Plaza in Eugene, Oregon. This year's theme is Renewing Our Connections.

The event will feature:

• Procession of all Species. Children and adults will dress as their favorite species and march harmoniously through the festival site.
• Music Stage. Music & entertainment throughout the day.
• Earth Action Arena. Educational and informational booths and displays focused on actions we can all take to keep our environment clean and healthy for all species and the earth.
• John H. Baldwin Film & Lecture Series

We invite you to participate in the Earth Action Arena. Participants must provide their own tables, chairs and canopies. We encourage you to have an interactive display. The displays and your activity will be open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday April 24th (rain or shine!).

Set up begins at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Please report to the information booth at EWEB, 500 E. 4^th Ave. When you arrive, we will direct you to your booth location. Please have your booth set up by 11:00 a.m. and plan to remain for the duration of the festival. You may not dismantle your booth until 5:00 p.m.
